Located deep within Adani’s sprawling industrial zone in Mundra, the site was flanked by over 50 km of barren terrain, dense jungle, and tight security infrastructure.
With the nearest airport hundreds of kilometers away and strict protocols around both personnel and material movement, this was a project that demanded meticulous planning and military-grade discipline.

Despite the challenges, our team delivered the complete turnkey scope — civil works, flooring, HVAC, electricals, lighting, modular furniture, workstations, chairs, AV/IT, and security systems — all with zero compromise on quality or timeline.
Working under Adani’s stringent site protocols, we navigated complex paperwork, security clearances, and tightly regulated entry/exit systems, all while coordinating a high-volume supply chain in a remote environment.
